The property is located on Verry Brook Road, map 15, lot 23-3 & 23. The proposal is to create one new lot of 3.62 acres. The adjustment between lots 23-3 & 23 will encompass 4.12 acres. 3. three lot subdivision submitted by Margaret Conant. The property is located on Town Beach Road and Keene Road, map 34, lot 58. The new lots created will be 1 acre in size and a 1/2 acre lot. A variance for the lot sizes has been approved. 4. Earth Excavations submitted by Lynette Croteau. The request is to excavate up to 1000 yards per year in an area not to exceed a 1/2 acre. The property is located at 148 Scotland Road, map 6, lot 4.
